Founder Joshua Batölein runs Abundant Notes on a solid foundation of integrity, trust, and responsiveness. We will do all that we can to get back to you promptly, close your sale quickly, and leave you knowing you are in good hands.
Joshua has been a real estate entrepreneur and member of the Real Estate Association of the Puget Sound since 2006. He has bought and sold multiple properties, and owned and managed multiple rental properties. Since 2002 he has also worked as an Aeronautical and Astronautical Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin and currently at Boeing. Joshua is proudly active in his community and runs the Block Watch for his neighborhood in Seattle, Washington.

- also helps other buyers invest in seller-financed real estate promissory notes
